ERROR: Rotary hook cylinder - Both switches active (XXX)

A warning is displayed if the PLC controller detects the input that the cylinder is extended and retracted at the same time. This is not a regular situation, and the machine cannot work.

• Check the pneumatic cylinder on the hook rotation mechanism.

• Check the operation of the magnetic position switches on the pneumatic cylinder. The LED indicator on the switch must be switched on at the limit positions. Adjust the switch position if necessary. The actual status of the switch inputs on the cylinder can be checked on the status screen; “ROTARY HOOK”.
