At the end of May, we had the pleasure of attending a two-day conference organized by Surfin Technology, our representative for the Czech market. The event brought together numerous manufacturers, industry experts, and partners from the fields of surface treatment, automation and industrial robotics.
The conference was divided into two insightful and content-rich days:
- Day 1 featured a series of expert lectures focused on cutting-edge technological innovations, efficient coating processes, and advancements in automation.
- Day 2 was dedicated to site visits at selected companies, offering a first-hand look at real-world applications of advanced surface treatment technologies.
Unlike traditional business events, this conference emphasized practical value - each participant showcased tangible technological solutions that are already making an impact across various industries. We are proud to have contributed to this inspiring exchange and to help shape the future of surface treatment with our innovative solutions.
Presentation of the universal robotic shot blasting machine
During the conference, we also had the opportunity to present our innovation - the universal robotic shot blasting machine, which uses a robotic arm for precise and efficient manipulation of workpieces in the shot blasting process.
The robot transfers the workpiece from the transition chamber to the shot blasting chamber, where the shotblasting is performed, and then returns it back to the transition chamber.
This automated process ensures:
- High repeatability
- Shorter shot blasting cycles
- Higher productivity
The machine is suitable for a wide range of industries, including automotive, foundries, forges, railways, construction and agricultural machinery, toolmaking, the military sector, and the energy industry.
