Employee get-together and summer holidays

We know how important is to create a positive working atmosphere and build strong relationships between colleagues. That's why also this year; we organized our traditional summer employee get-together. This event is more than just a break from the work routine - it plays a vital role in strengthening team spirit, collaboration, and personal connections among coworkers.

The day began with a warm welcome speech from our General Manager, followed by a variety of sports for recreational activities, allowing each participant to choose what suited them best. The activities included:

• A hike through the scenic surroundings,
• Beach volleyball for team sport enthusiasts,
• Group exercise for body and mind relaxation,
• Fingerdiscs, offering relaxed competition,
• And the most popular darts tournament, which drew most participants

Unfortunately, the weather didn't entirely cooperate - we were caught in the rain twice. But that didn't dampen our spirits. On the contrary, it brought us even closer together, boosting the sense of belonging and good mood. Everyone carried on with their chosen activities with smiles and enthusiasm.

The darts tournament stood out with its competitive spirit and lively cheering. The tension rose as the games progressed, culminating in a small but intense sports drama. In the end we crowned a winner, who received heartly congratulations from everyone present.

We wrapped up the day with snacks and drinks, enjoying relaxed conversations that further deepened our friendships. This informal gathering once again reminded us how valuable off-the-clock moments are, and how much stronger a team becomes when colleagues take time for each other outside the workspace.

These events remind us that connecting in our free time is just as important for a successful and healthy work environment. We've already looking forward to the next get-together, wishing for sunshine, but knowing that the atmosphere will be great even if we are surprised by rain.
