Last week, we welcomed colleagues from our subsidiary Gostol India, an important partner on the Indian market, which is considered one of the fastest-growing industrial environments in the world.
For many years, Gostol India has successfully represented our machines and solutions, providing technical and sales support to local customers and actively participating in the implementation of projects across various industries. With their expertise, strong field presence and deep understanding of local needs, they play a key role in the long-term growth and recognition of the Gostol TST brand in India.
Strengthening technical expertise for the innovations of the future
A large part of the meeting was dedicated to intensive professional cooperation and the exchange between both teams. The discussions addressed key technical challenges, compared different approaches and explored the best solutions for future projects. The visit also provided and opportunity to align certain design practices, which will support even more efficient development and faster introduction of new innovations.
The direct exchange between technicians and engineers created space for an open and constructive dialogue, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of the approach, knowledge and development mindset of our Indian colleagues. We were genuinely impressed by their initiative and the depth of their technical expertise, which clearly shows that they do not rely on simple solutions but develop their own innovative methods. At the same time, we recognised valuable opportunitites to learn from their best practices. Such a mutual exchange of knowledge strengthens trust and forms an excellent foundation for even more aligned, efficient and high-quality cooperation in the future.
A working visit with a personal touch
The visit was not solely dedicated to work. The tow colleagues from India were accompanied by their wives, which added a warm, personal dimension to the entire experience. After completing the business activities, they took the opportunity to travel across Europe, visiting several countries, exploring Europe culture and landmarks, and thus combining their business trip with unforgettable travel experiences.
At our company, we believe that the strongest partnerships are built on trust, open communication and a shared understanding of commong goals. The visit of our colleagues from Gostol India once again confirmed how valuable such close cooperation truly is.
