Installation of a shot blasting machine under special conditions

04.12.2025

In an environment where spatial limitations pose a challenge, we recently installed a new spinner hanger shot blasting machine, model VK-2500x3500, designed for processing heavier and dimensionally demanding workpieces.

The machine was installed at a customer engaged in the production of equipment for agriculture, forestry, municipal services, and construction, industries where high-quality surface preparation is essential.

The machine is designed for processing workpieces up to 1,500 kg, 2,500 mm in diameter, and p to 3,200 mm in height. Its exceptionally robust construction, powerful blasting wheels, and hook system adapted for demanding industrial conditions ensure reliable operation.

An installation requiring patience, coordination, and experience

The project was particularly demanding due to the limited working space, where the use of conventional cranes was not possible. The entire installation therefore had to be carried out using chain blocks, requiring precise planning of every moment.

Successful execution relied on accurate coordination, an experienced team, and complete focus on stability of each assembly, ensuring safety and compliance with the customer's production requirements.

Challenges such as limited height, narrow passages, and moving heavy components typically increase the risk of delays. In this case, however, the work progressed smoothly, not by chance, but thanks to thorough preparation and excellent communication among everyone involved.

When good communication becomes the key to a flawless process

One of the project's greatest advantages was the open, constructive, and well-coordinated communication between our team, the representative, and the customer. All logistical constraints were aligned even before installation began, access points were checked, potential complications identified, and the sequence of lifts and assembly steps carefully planned.

Thanks to this partnership, the installation, despite objectively demanding conditions, was completed within the agreed timeframe, without unnecessary delays and without any friction. All key stakeholders worked in harmony toward a clear goal: ensuring perfect installation of the machine and preparing it for start-up.

The project is yet another proof that even the most demanding installation tasks become manageable when technical expertise, precise planning, and open communication come together. With the installation of the VK-2500x3500 shot blasting machine, the customer has gained a reliable and powerful solution, and we have gained another valuable case of best practice that highlights the importance of high-quality cooperation at all levels.
