As part of a new project in Italy, we have developed and supplied a P-3100x400 roller conveyor shot blasting machine, designed for shotblasting sheets up to 3100 mm wide.
The machine was designed and adapted to the customer's specific space requirements, as the sheet is loaded and unloaded on the same side, which is a departure from the standard continuous design, where loading and unloading are on opposite sides of the machine.
This tailor-made solution ensures optimal use of limited space without compromising on surface finish quality, reliability, or process efficiency.
Various loading and automation options
The sheet metal is usually loaded onto the roller conveyor using a forklift or a crane.
For higher automation levels, we offer various cross conveyor systems or manipulators with vacuum suction cups that enable:

Vertical version - When space becomes a challenge
For facilities where space is limited, Gostol TST also offers a vertical version of the roller conveyor shot blasting machine.
This version provides:
- Smaller footprint during installation,
- Easier maniuplation of sheet metal when it is stacked vertically in the warehouse,
- The same shotblasting quality as the standard horizontal model.
These advantages make the vertical version an excellent choice for smaller workshops, where every square meter counts.
