As part of the Startup Challenge Popri 2024, we had the opportunity to present our company to the 3rd year students of the Tolmin High School and advise and guide them in the development of their business ideas. It was a great pleasure to listen to their fresh ideas and encourage the creativity of young people.
The Popri startup challenge is a project in which more than 200 students are involved. Participating in this challenge is an opportunity for them to gain invaluable experience with entrepreneurship. It is a holistic approach that innovatively connects education with a supportive environment and the economy, with the aim of showing students how they can realize their ideas in and entrepreneurial way.
The three-day event is designed so that students create innovative products, services and solutions, while at the same time learning lean entrepreneurship methodology, which enables the development of products with business potential.
Participation in this event enabled the participants to acquire knowledge about entrepreneurial methodologies, improve personal qualities, strengthen creative problem solving and develop entrepreneurial thinking. In additional, they improved their public speaking skills and had the opportunity to work with experienced entrepreneurs and make new acquaintances.
