We are proud to announce the delivery of pass-through monorail shot blasting machine, type VPP-1200x2100, to a leading Czech manufacturer of high-tech agricultural sprayers. The machine was sold and assembled with the support of our representative for the Czech Republic, SURFIN Technology s.r.o.
Shot blasting machine VPP-1200x2100 is designed for shotblasting workpieces of more complex shapes and larger dimensions - up to 1200 mm in width, 2100 mm in height and up to 8500 mm in length. The system has two hooks, each capable of supporting up to 1000 kg, ensuring reliable and safe processing.
Blasting wheels tilt for maximum surface coverage
The main technical future of the VPP-1200x2100 machine is the possibility of tilting the blasting wheels in range from - 25° to + 25°. This innovative solution enables precise abrasive flow control and optimal coverage of all surfaces of the workpiece - even on areas that are typically hard to reach. With the possibility of dynamic angle adjustment during operation, the machine achieves a high level of flexibility and thus maximum cleaning efficiency.
Due to this technical improvement, we have reduced the number of blasting wheels from 12 to 6, without any compromise in performance or cleaning quality. Each blasting wheel operates with a power of 11 kW, which means that the connected power of the machine has been significantly reduced. This technical optimization represents an important advantage, especially for facilities with limited energy capacities, as it allows the machine to be integrated into production with lower available connected power, without compromising on performance and processing efficiency.
With the VPP-1200x2100 shot blasting machine, we have once again proven our ability to adapt to the specific needs of the customer, as the design was optimized according to the customer's production requirements. The final solution combines robust construction, high technological sophistication and reliable operation.
