Pipes and bars shot blasting machine is designed for processing tubes, pipes, round bars, round sections, gas bottles and other cylindrical elements external surfaces.

Workpieces move through the shot blasting machine on a conical cylindrical conveyor or on a conveyor with skew rollers. Such form of the conveyor provides simultaneous rotation and transition movement of the workpiece through the machine, which ensures evenly blasted surface.

Power of blasting wheels and conveyor speed is determined according to the process and the type of workpieces. All Gostol TST shot blasting machines have installed high efficiency ir blasting wheels.

Shot blasting machine robust housing is protected with manganese steel shields, which are easy to replace and extend lifetime of machine. Series of rubber screens keep the abrasive inside the shot blasting machine. Screw conveyors, elevator and abrasive cleaner provide returning and continuous automatic cleaning of the abrasive.

Pipes and bars shot blasting machine can be built into highly productive lines for basic paint application, including drying chamber, automatic painting chamber and drying tunnel.
