Increase abrasive speed by choosing different types of blades. Curved blades, for instance, can provide an outlet speed that's 27 to 30% greater that that of straight blades. Alternatively, shorter straight blades provide lower outlet speed but generate higher mass flow while maintaining the same motor power.

By changing the geometry of control cage, you can choose among focused, normal and wide blast pattern according to type of workpieces. This means significantly better results and energy savings.

Module with rotating control cage is recommended for shot blasting machines where are blasted different types of workpieces that are dimensionally quite different.

Supply filter has installed steel mesh protecting the blasting wheel from entering parts that can damage blasting wheel. Filter is mounted between the supply valve and inlet pipe.

Reversibility – Rotor is suitable for rotation in both directions. You need to be especially careful with curved blades, because you need to set them in the right direction.

QR code – each blasting wheel is equipped with a QR code, through which you can access to sm@rt cloud platform.

Sensor’s system is developed to control wearing state of the shields.

Vibrations sensor is mounted on the blasting wheel. By analysing the vibrations, we can monitor operation of the blasting wheel, such as the condition of the bearings and wear of the blades.

Regulation abrasive flow valve enables controlled constant flow of abrasive (without hysteresis). The basic version of the valve can be upgraded with an automatic module to control the flow of abrasive.

Blasting wheel box – in certain cases it is necessary to position the blasting wheel on the machine at an angle. Depending on the desired incline of the blasting wheel, we make a purposive blasting wheel box that is welded to the machine and the blasting wheel is attached to it.
