ERROR: Brush lift rope not on place (-BXX.X), service lifting requested (-SXX.X)

On the machine is sensor which detects the correct tension of the steel cable. If the sensor does not detect the wire, the machine stops and the brush cannot be moved up or down. The steel plate loses tension if the brush frame is stuck on the workpiece or on the rollers.

• Open the doors of cleaning chamber and check the actual condition of the machine. Put the machine in manual mode and slowly raise the brush by pressing the service button. The service button for raising the brush is located on the top of machine.

• In manual mode check the position and test the operation of the limit switches of the brush positioning.
