ERROR: Brush position encoder - Wire brake (-B XX.X)

The encoder that measures the position of the brush is located under the protective cover on top of the machine. The signal between the encoder and the PLC controller is current 4mA to 20mA, if the controller detects a current that is outside this range, this error is displayed..

• Check the encoder line, if it unwinds and winds properly.
• In manual mode (key to the right), raise the brush to the upper limit and lower it again to the lower limit. While moving, check the analog signal of the sensor in the status window; "Cleaning chamber".

• After changing the encoder, it is necessary to confirm the limit positions. We follow the procedure below:

Programming instructions:

1. Programming mode "on" - 2x press quickly red (R;R)
   1.1. Output signal reverse (20-4 mA) (optional possibility) - press quickly 1x red (R)
2. Turn encoder in initial position (1) - program 0% - press quickly 1x left (0%)
3. Turn encoder in final position (2) - program 100% - press quickly 1x right (100%)
4. Programming mode "off" - press quickly 2x red (R;R)
