ERROR: No communication with invertor (-T XX.X)

An error occurs if the controller detects that it is not communicating with one of the inverters. Communication between the controller and inverters is carried out via the PROFINET protocol, internet cable (UTP RJ45).

• Check if the inverter whose label matches the label in the message is under power. At least one led indicator (green colour) must be on. If this is not the case, check the inverter power supply, check the inverter fuse.
• Check if all internet cables are firmly fixed in the connector of the inverter. Inverters have an LED indicator that tells us if an internet cable is connected.
  
  
• Danfoss:
  • NS 1 lights up green, an Internet cable is detected on connector 1.
  • NS 2 lights up green, an Internet cable is detected on connector 1.
• Siemens:
  • LINK 1 lights up green, an Internet cable is detected on connector 1.
  • LINK 2 lights up green, an Internet cable is detected on connector 2.

• Change internet cables.
