WARNING: Doors - Not opened in time (XXX)

The alarm occurs if the PLC controller does not detect the right or left door open input within the expected time, after the door opening output is activated. The left and right wings opens separately, the order depends on which wing has the cover edge.

• Check air pressure on the manometer. The set pressure must be 5 bar. In the pneumatic cabinet, check if the corresponding valve is activated. The valves have an LED activity indicator.

• Check the switches that control the openness of the left and right wings.

Check the operation of the magnetic position switches on the pneumatic cylinder. The LED indicator on the switch must be switched on at the limit positions. Adjust the switch position if necessary. The actual status of the switch inputs on the cylinder can be checked on the status screen; “MACHINE DOORS”.
