We continue our successful cooperation with our local representative in the Czech market. For a company engaged in the production and processing of metal components for various industries, we manufactured and supplied a pass-through shot blasting machine, type VPP-1500x2000. This new project is another result of a long-term partnership that combines local market knowledge with Gostol TST's technical expertise.

This time, we successfully completed a project involving a pass-through monorail shot blasting machine, type VPP-1500x2000, designed for the treatment of various metal workpieces.
Efficient processing of metal components
The customer manufactures metal components, welded structures, and assemblies for manufacturers of agricultural, transport, and material handling equipment. Surface treatment also represents an important part of their production, making high-quality surface preparation on of the key steps in the manufacturing process.
The new VPP-1500x2000 is designed for shot blasting workpieces prior to further surface treatment. Shot blasting removes contaminants from the surface and ensures that it is properly prepared for the subsequent stages of the process.
Due to the customer's diverse production range, it is important that the equipment can accommodate different types of workpieces. The pass-through monorail shot blasting machine enables efficient treatment of welded structures and components, with workpieces suspended from hooks and transported through the blasting zone during the process.
The VPP-1500x2000 therefore represents more than just a new piece of equipment. It has become an integral part of the customer's broader surface treatment process, contributing to more efficient and reliable preparation of products for further processing.
