Developing custom shot blasting machines in collaboration with representatives

At Gostol TST, we continuously connect and strengthen our global network of representatives. We meet at trade fairs, organize business conferences, joint representative meetings, and various online sessions and presentations, not merely to exchange information, but above all to share real, hands-on experience from practice. 

This time, we organized a special webinar for all representatives, with our partner for the Czech market taking center stage. He was presented as an example of a successful, mature, and long-term partnership built on trust, technical expertise, and a shared understanding of the market.

Our Czech representative introduced his company and its development journey, explaining why Gostol TST was recognized as the right technological partner. Among the key reasons highlighted were a similar mindset, robust machine design, long service life, reliable technical support, and an increasing focus on process digitalization.

Collaboration with our representative for the Czech market takes place on multiple levels and goes far beyond the traditional sale of machines. It includes joint reference visits, on-site testing at customes' facilities, and the co-development of customized solutions tailored to specific production requirements.

Joint development beyond standard solutions

A special focus of the webinar was placed on two concrete projects that clearly demonstrate the advantages of close collaboration in practice. 

In the first project, a pass-through monorail shot blasting machine, type VPP-1200x2000, we developed a solution with half the number of blasting wheels, adapted to the customer's specific production needs. Loading and unloading take place on the same side of the machine, while an innovative arrangement of blasting wheels on movable supports enables optimal treatment of welded structures of various sizes.

The second example of joint development was a satellite shot blasting machine with rotating hook, type KK-2200 with three chambers. Through a combination of testing in Slovenia and targeted design adaptations, significantly higher productivity was achieved. The result is shorter blasting times and faster workpiece changing compared to the customer's previous solution.

Both projects clearly show how open dialogue between the representative, the customer, and Gostol TST can lead to technically optimized and long-term efficient solutions.

Local presence, global expertise

The webinar once again confirmed that open communication, technical know-how, and mutual trust are key elements of a successful project. This is also the core message of the event: a good representative is not just a sales channel, but an extension of the Gostol TST team in the local market

Such exchange of experience are not intended only for our representatives, but indirectly also for our customers, as they lead to a better understanding of needs, faster desion-making, and reliable solutions in practice.
