More than two decades of cooperation with the Bulgarian representative

06.03.2024

We have started 2024 with the installation of two roller conveyor shot blasting machines on the Bulgarian market. This is the result of more than 20 years of cooperation with our Bulgarian representative, who offers a comprehensive service to its customers - from development and design to production and service support.

Our frist joint business dates back to 2003, and since then we have built a strong and successful history with the representative. Together we have undertaken many projects, which include both standard shot blasting machines and more demanding projects in various industries.

In the first two months of this year, we have assembled two roller conveyor shot blasting machines type P-2000x600 at our business partners

New references on the Bulgarian market

The first shot blasting machine was successfully installed in a dynamic, fast-growing company specialising in the production of steel structures. Their products are used in a wide range of industries, including general engineering, construction, mining, agriculture, energy and transport.

The second shot blasting machine is installed in a company that focuses on the manufacture and assembly of large industrial and technological equipment. With their projects, they cover various areas, including the oil and gas industry, the wood processing and pulp industry, and the energy sector.

Roller conveyor shot blasting machine type P

Roller conveyor shot blasting machine is primarily designed for shotblasting large workpieces such as sheet metal, profiles, beams and simple structures. In addition, it can also be used for shotblasting stone, concrete blocks and smaller workpieces loaded on specially prepared cases or frames with mesh.

The workpieces are loaded onto the roller conveyor by means of a crane or forklift. The machine usually operates with automatic switching-on, whereby the user can adjust the blasting speed as required.

Shotblasting only starts when the workpiece enters the blasting section - the blasting wheel operating area, which ensures minimum wear on the blasting wheel parts, housing and rollers.

When the workpiece leaves the blasting wheel area, the blasting media supply to the blasting wheels is stopped by pneumatic closures, thereby stopping the shotblasting. The workpieces are then cleaned in the outlet - blowing chamber by means of a rotating brush and a fan.

The roller conveyor shot blasting machine can also be equipped with various options that give the user greater control over the machine's operation and to adjust the operation according to the specific needs of production.
