Spinner hanger shot blasting machine is typically designed to handle mixed loads of medium and large components which often include fragile and sensitive parts that cannot be tumbled in bulk loads. VK shot blasting machine is ideal for heavy and complex shaped workpieces like: casts, welded constructions, forged and pressed parts, remodelled cold or hot and of various complicated forms, steel bottles, springs, etc. Parts can weight from 1 kg to 50,000 kg or more, manufactured in smaller and medium series. Spinner hanger shot blasting machine is mostly used for blast cleaning, desanding and decoring in die cast industry as well for descaling, derusting and reconditioning in metalworking industry.

Treated objects are hanged individually or in a cluster on the revolving hook and transported to the shot blasting machine via I, Y or circular closed loop conveyor. Revolving of treated objects in a jet of abrasive provides efficient treatment of the parts surface. The blasting machine’s housing is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel or entirely made of manganese steel and additional protections of the most wear exposed areas.

High efficiency of the shot blasting machine is provided by the automatic and continuous abrasive handling and reclamation system for continued returning and cleaning of the shot blasting media, along with efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials. Standard equipment of larger spinner hanger shot blasting machines includes: PLC, display, timer, automatic or manual mode, pneumatic cylinders on the door, revolving hooks, automatic start-up of throwing wheels, working-hours counter, etc. VK shot blasting machine may be equipped with a magnetic separator, vibration conveyor and variable frequency drive for the blasting wheels.
