Wire mesh belt shot blasting machine is ideal for shotblasting of flat and very complex workpieces, which are fragile and would be damaged in a tumble blast machine. Parts can weight from 1 kg to 100 kg or more and are manufactured in medium and large series.

Workpieces are placed on a wire mesh belt conveyor going through the shot blasting machine. Blasting wheels are installed under a certain angle to achieve optimal shotblasting results with complex formed parts.

Interior of blasting chamber is protected with manganese steel shields, which are easy to replace and extend lifetime of machine. Mesh belt is made of highly wear-resistant manganese steel, which ensures longer service intervals.

Series of rubber screens keep the abrasive inside the shot blasting machine. In the outlet blowing out chamber the workpieces are cleaned by high-pressure fan. Screw conveyors, elevator and abrasive cleaner provide returning and continuous automatic cleaning of the abrasive.
