The satellite table shot blasting machine is designed for workpieces that require precise treatment of specific areas. With two separate blasting compartments, it allows different angles of incidence of the blasting wheels, ensuring optimal coverage and consistent surface quality.

The machine operates on the principle of a rotating table divided into three separate compartments:

• The first is intended for loading / unloading workpieces,
• The second is located in the blasting chamber during the cycle, where the workpieces are cleaned using the first blasting wheel.
• The third is located in the blasting chamber during the cycle, where the workpieces are cleaned using the second blasting wheel.

Workpieces are fixed onto a special support on the table made of wear-resistant materials, ensuring long service life and reliable performance. Two distinct blasting positions enable blasting at a different angles and jet orientations, allowing highly controlled surface treatment.

For additional protection, the rotary table and shotblasting chamber are lined with replaceable, wear-resistant shields.

The machine is equipped with ir sm@rt blasting wheels and an efficient abrasive recovery and cleaning system, providing excellent blasting results, low operating costs, and long-term reliability.
