ERROR: Belt conveyor - Protection switch (XXX)

This system is designed to detect mechanical overload of the drive system. The alarm stops the machine and prevents the machine driving mechanism from breaking. Both inductive switches must be constantly active.

• Open machine doors, and check inside, if something prevents belt from moving.
• Monitor the motor current if it is overloaded.

• If the switch really works, check in the status screens "MACHINE BELT". When the inductive switch is covered, the red cross change to green checkmark.
