ERROR: Hydraulic cylinder - Did not reach low position (-XXX)

The alarm occurs if the PLC controller does not detect hydraulic cylinder low position input within the expected time, when the hydraulic cylinder lowering commands is set.

• Check if the hydraulic pump motor is working. Check oil pressure on the manometer. Check if the corresponding valve is activated. The valves have an LED activity indicator.
• Check states of cylinders position switches.

• The actual status of the switch inputs on the cylinder can be checked on the status screen; “CHARGING SYSTEM”.
