If the turbine motor current does not reach the desired values, there are several possible causes.

• Insufficient amount of abrasive in the system.
• Incorrectly adjusted cleaner. When the cleaner is properly adjusted, the flow of abrasive must be even distributed across the entire width of the cleaner. The flow must be monitored while the machine is in the sanding cycle, all the turbines are running and the abrasive valves are opened.

Correctly adjusted cleaner

• Check the operation of the valve in the manual mode, when we press the "CLOSE" button, the valve should close to the 0% position, when we hold the "OPEN" button, the valve should open up to the 100%.  The actual position of the valve can also be monitored in automatic operation, in the status screen “IR sm@rt valves”.

• Valves are controlled by "optocouplers", during opening and closing green and orange led indicator, indicate operation.

• Various obstacles in the valve or in the pipe can stop the flow of the abrasive through to the throwing wheel.
• Close the mechanical lock under the main bunker, remove the pipes and check them.
• Check the inside of the lock and clean it if necessary
