If you follow our updates regularly, you know that we often highlight large machines and workpieces. However, it's not always size that determines complexity - sometimes, it's the smaller workpieces that require the most precision and expertise.
At Gostol TST, we specialize in a full range of workpieces - from the smallest bolts and gears to castings and large steel structures. We listen carefully to the specific requirements of each customer, regardless of the size or complexity of the workpiece. Shotblasting is not just an aesthetic surface preparation; it's an essential step that impacts the quality, functionality and longevity of the product - especially for smaller, precision pieces where defects are immediately noticeable.
Shotblasting of titanium workpieces
Our latest reference includes a shot blasting machine with rotating barrel type HR-1B, specially designed for shotblasting titanium workpieces. Titanium is a demanding material that requires a precise and controlled approach - an incorrect process can lead to surface damage, contamination or even a loss of mechanical properties. That's why deep knowledge of the material, machine customization and close cooperation with the customer are essential.
For this project, we retrofitted the machine with a conveyor system for automatic loading and unloading, resulting in a more efficient process and a higher level of automation. This is the result of close cooperation with the customer.

Wire shotblasting
We currently have a PŽP type shot blasting machine in our production, designed for shotblasting hardened steel wire used in demanding applications in the automotive and aerospace industries. This is not only about cleaning, but also about improving the mechanical properties, increasing the fatigue resistance of the material and extending the life of the product.
This process reflects the synery of high-quality materials and advanced processing techniques, among which shot blasting plays an important role in ensuring product reliability and longevity.
An essential part of our process is inviting the customer comes to our facility for testing before the machine is shipped. Together we test the performance of the equipment, clarify any technical issues and make final adjustments if needed. This is not just a technical formality, but an expression of our belief that good machine performance is the result of good cooperation.
In both of the recent projects, we worked closely with the customer from the very beginning.
