Blasting machine with rotating barrel – HR-1B

Blasting machine with rotating barrel type HR1-B is a barrel type shot blasting machine. These shot blasting machines are designed for shotblast cleaning of smaller pieces, forgings, parts after heat treatment and machine parts in repair shops.

Cleaning efficiency is obtained by abrasive throwing wheel and by mechanical knocking of pieces which tumble about in a rotating barrel.

Charging of pieces is carried out manually or with loading device. At discharging the barrel is put into a position which enables the parts falling down to the pallet conveyor. When using a loading device we get almost continuous shot blasting process.
