The satellite shot blasting machine with a rotating hook is designed for a wide variety of workpieces that must not come into contact during the blasting process or require protection of specific surfaces during blasting. It also allows robotic handling of workpieces, making it ideal for integration into automated production lines.

The machine features a rotary table divided into three separate section

• The first is intended for loading workpieces,
• The second is located in the blasting chamber during the cycle, where the workpieces are cleaned using two blasting wheels.
• The third section allows the unloading of cleaned workpieces.

The workpieces are attached to special rotating hooks made of wear resistant materials, ensuring long service life and reliable operation. For additional durability, both the rotary table and blasting chamber are lined with replaceable wear-resistant shields. 

Equipped with ir sm@rt blasting wheels and an efficient abrasive recovery and cleaning system, the machine guarantees optimal blasting performance, consistent quality, and low operating costs.
